I signed up for a 100% free 7 day trial of kazaa music downloads. Deciding to not keep the service, I deleted it from my computer within the the time frame required. The company later said I didn't cancel through them, but they could view my account and see that I had only used it for a short period of time the day I downloaded it. I called (866) 587-3917 and requested a refund of the $19.98, but was informed I did not honor the terms of the contract so my account was closed but no refund. I explained the situation to them. Even though they could view that I didn't use the account after the first day, there was no give from them. The "Customer Service Reps" (Lee, Renee, Crystal, and Erin) all said they were the supervisor, they talked in circles, repeating one line "safe phases to me." They acted as if they were not human and didn't know the definition of customer service. It's terrible that businesses can conduct themselves this way. To Lee, Renee, Crystal & Erin, you should be ashamed, and if your reading this before you sign up for Kazaa, rethink it and find another program. It will be a waste of your time and $.
