I signed up on Kazaa.com in the hopes of downloading a few songs, getting a good deal on some music - stress free and little fun, right? Wrong! After signing up, with the impression that the charge was $1.99 a month I was provided a number of different products or software's to download. No music - no service for the money I paid.

Then, after checking my credit card statement, I found that was actually charge $35.88 - not $1.99 as the website had indicated. So, now I've paid $35.88 for no services, no music in return. With the fear that I would now be charge $35.88 a month or anything monthly for this "service" that would not allow me download, search, or anything - I contacting their " Customer Service"

I sent an email explaining my frustration and lack of ability to use the service on Sept. 4. I received a response requesting more detailed information regarding the transactions and complied. A week later a received another response requesting more information - at this point I was becoming more concerned that this taking much to long and simply requested once more that they cancel my account, refund if possible, and provide me assurance that I would not be charged any further.

On Sept. 19 they closed my request advising me that they would not refund anything. What they failed to do, was answer my questions regarding canceling the account and if any be assessed additional charges. I reopened the ticket right away and requested again that they just cancel my account. I could not figure any better way to word it "Please cancel my account and provide me confirmation that I will not be assessed any additional charges I received one response to this on Sept. 20 advising that they would get back to me "shortly" - we'll as of Sept. 24 I have received no response from them. I have searched the website numerous times and have been unable to locate any telephone support.

This terrible customer service, waste of time, and money has caused more stress and frustration than I have experienced with an internet based business. They impact and create a tarnished name for all internet based websites. This company will not respond to me, will not help me, and will not give me my money back for failure to provide the services they promised.

Do not trust this website and do not give them the opportunity to rip you off they way the did me!
