He offered consulting services to start a Record Label and a "website" to generate money for $2,500 investment from my part! The site was not up and running like what i paid for! It was NOT submitted to top search engines to generate traffic and always gave me the run around for about a year!
Then I asked for a REFUND like the contract stated "We will Refund Your $2,500 at anytime if not satified" and he said i have to sign a paper that says "They will advertise my Website for Re-sell, When it sells they will re-fund my $2,500 back to me! I did not sign because that was not in the original contract that I signed!
I never heard from them again, Since 2003 never returned my emails or phone calls!
I went to New York to the address they had and no one had been on that floor for years, Whole floor was empty
