Mobil Penguin promised me a 100% refund on money spent if they didn't get my keywords on the first page of the major search engines within 8 months. After the 8 month period the keywords I needed and was promised by a Mobil Penguin salesman, who of course no longer works there, were not ranked on the first page. When I asked for a refund I was denied. The salesman I signed the contract with said my keywords would be on the Major search engines, my response to him was Do you mean Yahoo, MSN, GOOGLE and AOL? He said yes. Everybody knows most Internet traffic goes through these search engines, but of course when I talked to the owner of the company he said there were 30 Major search engines. Then he asked me if I could prove that the salesman who, of course no longer works there, said that the keywords I requested would rank on the first page of those search engines. Bottom line is traffic to my site did not improve and I was denied my refund. My opinion is that they deliberately misled me and when they knew I was not satisfied with their work refused me a refund a dime. Mobile Penguin is just another Internet Dream weaver whose 100% refund can be elusive as the Unicorn.
