Because of the guarantee, I subscribed to the service.
On 12/7,12/8,12/13,12/16,12/29, I sent emails requesting cancellation and the full refund promised on their website. I have all copies and receipts of correspondence.
They never responded to my emails... NO REFUND as promised.
