On May 22nd of this year I purchased the Dean Martin Roasts for my husband. I was going to give it to him for Father's Day. He has always wanted them, but it has not been a monetary priority. I received an email confirmation, and then received two notices from Money Brokers that payment had been processed. I then received a second email from tvondvdaddict.com saying the order had been updated. After a week I sent an email through the website questioning when it was going to be sent. They assured me it would be sent, that shipping had been slowed due to Memorial Day. Less than a week later the website and email could no longer be accessed. I sent an email to Money Brokers requesting a refund and information on the company they were doing business with. My complaint is two fold. One that TVonDVDAddict.com is a fraud and should be made to full fill orders or refund the money; and that Money Brokers be required to investigate the companies they are doing business with. I am hoping this order will be filled, as we have no other money to purchase a second gift. However, an even greater wish is that no one else gets suckered into a purchase.
