Survey for $10.00 gift card. Several attempts made to accomplish this request but the directions are very confusing... Given code of 31904018011023 to enter, but not able to find the location for this survey, and now doubt I will receive the promised gift card... Makes this a challenge and the desire to purchase more a low priority in the future!
