Russell Fleming been waiting 10 months for promised refund of cancelled boat ride in July. I paid 120.00 in June for two tickets, and everytime I ask for the promised refund I get empty promises and excuses

Russell Fleming CEO of SoundviewStandup.com. Advertised a Soundview day yacht party party for July. I paid 120.00 through paypal on June 27th. The party was cancelled and Mr. Fleming posted a message that everyone would be refunded. Well after several requests for my refund and and empty promises and thanks for being patient. After ten months I have exhausted my patience.
