I bought concert tickets for $220 from this guy last year over eBay. As the show got closer and closer, I still had not received my tickets and was getting nervous. I tried to contact him multiple times, and he never responded to any of my emails. Finally, the day of the show, he decided to call me back to tell me that he shipped my ticket to the wrong person months ago. He offered to convert my ticket to an electronic ticket, to which I declined and asked for my money back. He promised to pay me back, but said that he had to do so in increments because he did not have enough money to fully refund me. I told him not to and that I wanted my refund in full, but he did not listen to me and put $100 in my paypal account. He still owes me $120, and he does not return my emails or phone calls to this day.
The guy's real name is Jerry Thomas, but he uses Jack Majors as an alias. Do not do any business with him! He mistakenly admitted to me that he has multiple eBay accounts, which leads me to believe that this is not the first time he has pulled this sort of stunt on someone.
