My 18 year old son used Stub Hub to purchase tickets to a Kenney Chesney concert for his girlfriend's birthday. We thought he was using a reputable ticket merchant, but quickly found out we were dealing with on-line ticket scalpers. We were blown away when we got the tickets and discovered that he had been charged more than $100 over the face value of each ticket!!! As far as I am concerned, this is ticket scalping and the company should be stopped from being allowed to unknowingly take advantage of people. If they are going to broker tickets at a higher than face value price, they should be required to post the face value price along with their asking price.
Poor business practice won't generate return customers. It just generates customer complaints.: (
