I've been with Strong TV for that previous 6 years or more until today, I had been happy with the support.
Our parents registered with Strong TV 3 months before, and did so via online. There is no area to include a, therefore after registering, they named it in.
The repetition stated they'd utilize the credit to both of our records.
Fast-forward a few months & we both have not noticed the credit. And so I named.
The Repetition explained that it had been too late & our recommendation have been "refused" huh? Just how can it's refused once the new client named to include our consideration whilst the recommendation only times after online purchasing & before support was actually mounted?
I also move the "courtesy" provide... To withhold $10.00 off my statement for that next six months.
I told him that though I loved the present, I had been nevertheless really annoyed over how this problem have been managed, which easily did not understand better, it appeared like these were attempting to con us.
At this time the repetition believed to contact the recommendation 800-number to test & keep in touch with somebody about this. When the additional individualis compaint is any indicator, Im not keeping out much wish.
