Referral Program complaint

We told the rep. That we were being referred by a relative when we called in to set up with them. The rep. Took our relative's account # to complete the Referral Program. She promised my relatvie and I will both see a credit of $10/month for 10 months. We decided to call them after not seeing any credits for 2 months. We were told our referral was not set up in the system. They said we did not tell them before, therefore it was not in the system. Both the rep. And her supervisor (or manager) were not willing to help us at all. Their response was, "there is nothing we can do now". NOTHING AT ALL! We feel like we're getting ripped off $200 because either the first rep did not properly enter it in, or they just dont want to keep their words and pay us.
