Since 11/15 I've been attempting to solve a problem with FYE to no avail.
Problem: I re ordered Callofduty Modern Warfare 2. Our purchase was ended simply because they were sold-out (it was ended many times following the item was launched). After I created the purchase I employed something special card to cover a few of the quantity. Once the purchase was ended they returned my credit card... But created no sign they'd return the cash for that reward card.
I noted this for their online customer support - error Number 1. They cannot read something for that existence of these and were persistent about the proven fact that I had been returned for my charge card... (though my problem was using the gift-card)... I proceeded to contact customer support - error Number 2. I talked for this older woman called Roshelle (reason for Error Number 2). Honestly she was probably the most unprofessional person I've actually undergone in a customer support. She was rude... Kept promising to call me back... Never did... Could put me on store for half an hour at the same time... Kept forgetting to follow-up on many events... She did not actually understand what the plan was for giftcards. Nobody might place me towards the web site which mentioned that I really could not discard my gift-card... And also to top issues off I tried talking with her supervisor. Evidently her supervisor, Bobby just operates Monday through Fridays from 4 - 6pm. Unsure how that calculates. I never got a call-back from anybody.
Till today I'venot noticed something back.
The icing around the dessert is just why I've the gift-card within the first-place... It had been directed at me from FYE simply because they screwed-up a prior purchase of mine...
It's protected to express they're the toughest and that I am possibly never using the services of them. I'm simply likely to keep publishing grievances therefore the term advances and individuals understand the reality.
