Extreme Marketing located at 4634 University Dr. Lauderhill Fl 33351 is a waste of your time. Do not work here. You will be better off going to the casino to gamble your money. After three weeks of working here hoping that the people I booked would show, nothing of the sort. You have no way of knowing who showed up unless you get paid on a show. If the people don't show up you have to call them and reschedule them. If they didn't show up the first time. Why would they want to get in their cars and drive 3 hours to sit for a 90 minute High Pressure time share presentation.
The turnover here is nothing short of club action on South Beach on the weekends. People that are hired the same day usually quit before the day is over. So the owner is constantly hiring everyday. This should tip you off that something is wrong with this establishment. If you quit then he doesn't pay you on the people that you booked that show up after you quit. The money simply goes into his pockets. Most reputable companies will pay employees for the time that they spent working if they don't make it through the week. Be careful do not work here you will be sorry.
