This "company" promises that if you show their product 12 times per week that you will receive a base pay of 520.00.
In reality this is a lie! First off it sounds like a good product that people really need, and then you find out the price.
This company makes you write down a list of people you know family, freinds, ect... Then makes the appointments for you.
That was my first mistake, the appointments are late at night around 5pm-8pm and so far apart that you end up using more gas and time that to you it seems a waste of time. And if you don't sell the product they don't fuss at you, BUT here's the catch...
If you don't collect more names from the people you show the product to then you get in trouble. If it happens enough you are out the door. (For not finding enough leads as they would put it.)
Eventually I got to the point where by day 3 of showing their product which is a glorified vacume cleaner that has 6 functions to eliminate dusting forever!!! That was the sales pitch among many others. I was running out of money for gas and other things and it was nearing the middle of the week with no appointments.
And many of the others I either got calls from cancelling or could not find them because of bad directions made by the people who set the appointments. Who by the way did not know the area because most of them were from Mississippi where the company is based out of in the city of Tupelo.
I am just putting this out to warn people that just because if it sounds like a good deal from the get go sometimes it is not.
Sometimes they just want you to show their product and use your time, plus get free labor in the process. I did not get paid and the day I quit this "job" there was a person who had been doing it longer than me that quit the same day because he had no money to continue and it had been three weeks and he received no money from them at all.
Our trainer said give it 30 days and you will be making money I believe that to be a lie for a few people I had talked to that worked for them barely made 150.00 a week. That could be made at Wal-Mart easily and at least you know you will get a check.
