Riversideskydiving NO response for lost certificates. Does not want to reissuse. Ignores calls

I Purchase a certificate from Riverside skydive on 2/20/09 as a gift for my husband. My card was charged on 2/21/09. I received a call on 2/23 that my certs were going to be sent out that same day. I was given a confirmation number for usps. I checked online to see where my cert. Was and the website said it was delivered.

I was home the day its says it was delivered and I was actually home that day and greeted the mailman that day. I waited till 3/2 and called riverside skydive and let them know that I never got anything in the mail and asked if the enveloped was signed for. I spoke to Rozz and she stated that no it's just sent priority. She placed me on hold and came back told me that i had to check with m local post office then call back and they would reissue me a new certificate. I check the same day and filed a claim with the post office. I called back thrill planet aka riverside skydiving this time speaking to Pricilla. She told me that there would be a fee to reissue but wasn't sure she would get info and call me back. I did not receive a call back.

After 30 minutes i called David the sales guy who sold me the certificate. He said that he would give Emily my name and number and have her call me back. She never called. I waited till the next morning 3/4 2 8am and asked for Emily. They asked who was calling i was placed on hold. The rep came back and said are you the one have a problem with the certificates. I said yes i am can i please talk to Emily? I didn't get the cs reps name she told me well you need to check with the post office. I was trying to explain to her that i had already did that she cut me off told me not to get an attitude then said you know what im going to put you on hold and hung up on me.

I called back and a make answered the phone i asked for a manager and he said he was a manager. I asked for his name he said it was Terrence. He again asked me if i checked with the local post office i again i did go to the local post office and they have nothing, they took my info and sent out a trace. I explained that all i wanted were my certificates and please re-issue them. He placed me on hold for about 10 min finally came back to the line and said that if i did not receive my cert.By Friday to call back. I hung up and called to speak with David again and i asked him if there is anything he can do he said that i didn't need my cert. To make my reservations that i could do it at anytime. I said fine. I decided to call the place where my husband would actually make the jump at called Perris valley skydive and spoke to Lindsey and she stated that i need my certificate and that i would have to o through thrill planet to make my reservation. Im livid with this company. No one wants to help out.

All the customer service reps have a bad attitude and do not want to help you instead they place you on hold for a long time and hope that you would just go away. This place is a phony they have no customer service skills. I wish I would have goggled this place before I purchased a certificate for skydiving jump for $448.09 which I still have yet to receive. I have filed a report with the BBB. These crooks need to be stopped. They take advantage of hard working people.
