I ordered the complete "Friday the 13th" TV series and the entire original "Kolchek: The Night Stalker" TV series from these people back in July of last year. Two months later, they e-mailed saying they were having computer and supplier problems, and that the shows would be mailed out in about two weeks, with shipping refunded.
I contacted them again in August, September and October. It's now January of and no shows, and no refund.
I reported them to Google Checkout, which I used for the purchase, and they no longer allow this company to use their site. Apparently, there have been far too many complaints about them.
