Three weeks after my order I asked for a tracking code they were rude and said it has not been mailed out yet

After 3 weeks from the time I placed my order I asked for a tracking code they were rude and said it has not been mailed out yet, I asked for a refund they replied with (we will take a fee if you want a refund) I got in touch with Google checkout and my bank for a refund. Just hours after they got the message from Google I got a shipping notice through Google checkout? I do not trust them PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY go somewhere else this company e-mailed me with rude remarks, They are a VERY BAD COMPANY to purchase from!
