On Jan 1st 2009 I took my 4 daughters and me to see Marley and me. I purchased my tickets and proceeded to the theatre. When I arrived at the theatre they did not have any seats together I asked for the manager, I had to wait a while then Sarah Becker came out and suggested that we split up and take what ever seats are available. My daughters are 2,4, 6 and 7 years old and I could not see leaving them by themselves in another side of the theatre. I could not believe the incompetence of this manager Sarah Becker! She didnt even offer us vouchers and when I asked for a refund she told me to get to the back of a very long line (over 75 people). Sarah Becker shouldnt even be allowed to manage the popcorn machine.
After this awefull experience we went to and had a very good time, (the place is much nicer, seats are more comfortable and the staff is excellent). Do yourself a favor and stay away from Movie 16 they are the worst movie place in central Ohio.
