Professionalism is business

I made a purchase online and never recieved my product. Advertisment says download when u purchase never recieved download information. I did get confirmation of purchase but that was it i do have contact information but nobody is answering me emails. I do not want this to happen to anybody else. I feel if a person owns a business it should not be a crooked one give ppl what they pay for simple as that
