Haven't recieved email concerning the download of windows xp pro after purchase

I purchased windows xp pro on there site. My card account shows the withdrawal. After the purchase they said they would email me the download link within 24 hours. Now it's been 5 days and still no email. I've tried to contact them with several emails, but I haven't gotten any replies as yet.
I called the phone number they have listed, but it is out of service.
