Not a real promoter thinks she knows the entertainment business but does not

This promoter just want's things her way and does not want to follow the rules of the contract. I booked a artist with her with the manager on a 3 way and she still doesn't understand how to book a artist or how to promote so managers should stay away from this promoter because she has no clue on how booking a artist works.
