The Miley Cyrus Company has the worst Customer Service. This company withdrew 29.99 out of my bank account without my consent. I purchased Tickets from there website in 2007. And a year later they automatically withdrew funds.
The told me the sent me an email, which they never did. They also informed me that i would be receiving a package in the mail, which i never received. You can only contact via email, and no one will call you back. Only thru email they will right. BEWARE of this. I have heard many more complaints on this same issue with this company. IS Miley not rich enough. Now she has to scam people who purchase concert tickets from her website? I am PISSED with this, I am constintly filling out papers with my bank on this issue so they won't take any more money.
If there is a class action suit I want to me notified, IM in. Just trust me when i say BEWARE of any company where you can not talk to a live person and there only way of communication is EMAIL. BEWARE of Miley World. Don't be there next victim.
