The sales clerk did not answer me when I mentioned that I was renting extra videos to take advantage of their "special offer".instead she charge me full price without saying a word and when
I noticed this and returned to ask why I was told to step aside and made to wait like a "problem customer". I requested the manager and was made to wait evenlonger. He was then approached by the same clerk and pull to the side before I had a chance to say anything.
When he finally spoke to me he was defensive and refuse to even hear what had happen. He cut me and my wife off repeatedly during the brief conversation and simply stated "if you are not satisfy and suggest you go somewhere else". They were both rude and humiliating infront of my family and other customers. I honestly believe Blockbuster lost a customer.
While I liked their set up/environment I will not go back for more punishment. There are simply too many video stores in Miami that are willing to treat you like a friend. Specially when management is involved.
