I am an artist and purchase many supplies online.By the time you see the charges on your account the name doesn't match the company that you purchased from, this makes it very hard to keep track. During the spring and early summer I don't order as much as I work the art shows then. So I started to notice these repeated charges and looked into them. They were adult sites and YUCK! They wouldn't respond to my calls. I canceled my card and my bank said they'd investgate. I also call the police and they have discovered someone took out an e-mail address with my name and had been receiving the purchases there. It looks like the police may come up with something for me. I told them about this site and that it appears to be a racket. So I am hopeful, but the Bank of America has just written me back and closed the case saying the charges were autorized. So they are calling me a lier. I beleive they didn't look into anything and took the easy way out. I am not dropping this. If anyone else is trying to sue... Let me know. My charges have totaled almost $800. And I work VERY hard for my money.
