Horrible customer service. These people will not respond to phone calls or e-mails, always have a full box. I have a dvd that "jumps" and can not get to these people. My purchase was in June, after repeated attemps I filed a complaint with the bbb on line [joke] They said no responce to them as well.
Why did'nt they advise the attorney general in CA??? Their are many complaints on them at this webb site. Please do not buy anything from them or you to will be filling complaints.
