This is actually the worst customer support i've ever gotten! Purchased passes for Evil on 4/9/08 and as of 5/14/08 no tickets have arrived for that 5/15/08 display. I quit 2 e-mail communications and 3 speech communications without any reaction. I'd to hold back 10 units on-hold every time I quit a speech concept and not talked to anybody. Don't, i replicate, don't purchase from the corporation. I'd to contact my charge card organization to challenge the costs. I will allow them hash it out with Seats My Method. Luckily, my spouse visited the box-office straight and bought tickets. Normally, we'd have overlooked the display. Look for a legitimate resource to purchase tickets...
