This is the second or third time I have tried to orderproducts from this online company. They offer DVDsof obscure old TV shows at apparently reasonableprices. The problem is that they never deliver. After they getyour credit card number, name and address (and phone number, if you choose to give it) you just neverhear from them again. They also seem to have different e-mail addresses, but they are all the samecompany, located somewhere in Florida. WHEN theyDO communicate to an e-mail inquiry, the text is such that the writer seems nearly illiterate, whichmakes me believe that this is a poorly-run, fly bynight business front. This latest time, after waitingnow for over month for my order, they keep send-ing me automatic e-mails telling me that my DVDis back-ordered and will be available in 5 to 7days. They send me a NEW one of these e-mailsEVERY day. There is also a button on their replywhich you can click if you want to cancel yourorder. I suspect that it records your phone number, if you have not already given it. So, they have your credit card number, name, address and phone. But you get no DVD. After two or three tries, I am beginning to thinkthat they are an online scam to collect your personalinformation. Beware TVDVDWorld!!
