Hello, everyone.
Yes, we've all been either cheated or had our orders
ignored by these hustlers. I am guessing that those
of us who were not actually stolen from or defrauded
by defective merchandise were spared because we
did not give them all of our personal info (NEVER give
your phone number to ANY online company) which
prevented them from more easilly attaching your
account. Our orders just got ignored and forever
"backordered".
Those of you who got stolen from, write down
these addresses:
Www.ftc. Gov AND www.ic3. Gov.
The first is for the Federal Trade Commission
which investigates internet fraud and the second
is a branch of the FBI which actually prosecutes it.
Be aware that these people operate under a
number of different names. They all sound about
the same (TVDVDWORLD, TVUNIVERSE, TV ADDICTS,
ETC.) BUT THEY ARE THE SAME COMPANY. An
e-mail inquiry which I did returned a response
stating that they were located in Florida, but a
Better Business Bureau inquiry listed them at
123 Main Street in Los Angeles. And forget about
contacting the BBB because they are worthless.
Everyone who has been cheated should band
together and send e-mails of complaint to these
two addresses. Together, we can stop them and
prosecute them.
