I ordered a set of blossom DVDs either in the summer of 2008 or in early 2009. I spent 80 dollars plus, and it never came, despite an email from [email protected] telling me it was coming. My name is Kerri Byrnes and I was living in Connecticut at the time.
I no longer have that checking account that I debited, but that is my name so the order should be found somehow. I would appreciate it if you would refund me my entire amount since you never sent me the dvds as promised.
