Several weeks ago I placed a rather large order online and since then i have received 6-8 identical e-mails still telling me that my stuff is on backorder. All e-mails are the same! - automated one would assume. I then went into each e-mail and clicked on the cancel order option. The next morning I received the same e-mail again telling me that my stuff is on backorder!!! I responded to the e-mail again telling them that they no longer have permission to charge my credit card as i have canceled the order several times and if the do i will be forced to take legal action. At an earlier time I e-mailed them with a question about the order I placed, as I am a 1st time user, and I received no response. I will certainly not be using this company for anything more. Extremely poor service and pitiful customer response
