I also have been battling with TVDVDWORLD and all it's aliases since December. It appears that December was the "hit" month as we all ordered in December. I experienced the same as the poster on March 9th. Account debited, refund promised when I cancelled but it never occurred and eventually closing that card account. I lost over $200 I would be interested in any legal actions against this business. I have copies of correspondance sent as well. My advise is to stick to the know and reputable companies... It certainly has proven to be more cost effective.
