I purchase difficult to find DVDis for canceled television shows in December credit was billed and maintained receiving mail notice that my purchase was "back-ordered". Last mail was 2/13/08 declaring that my credit hasn't been billed, my purchase happens to be in backorder and really should expect delivery within the next 5-7 business days.
Was the final I noticed from their website. Out $213.00, phone # doesn't function, with no reactions from emails for them.
