Purchased a set of DVD, s and have not recieved them

I ordered a set of DVD, s from this company and have yet to recieve them.in my attempts to contact them I have been unsuccessful. My main concern is that if this company is fraudulent that they be stopped from stealing from people that are interested in some home entertainment.
