I had a subscription to Netflix which i was going to cancel because Vongo sounded like such a better deal. I had multiple problems with the download that none of their suggested solutions resolved; When I tried to contact Vongo, i discovered it is virtually IMPOSSIBLE to do so
1. I tried to find any contact information on both the Vongo and the Starz sites they have none;
2. I tried using the Ask Vongo automated response system it told me that information was unavailable, try back later (and ive tried back several different times of the day, for three days now);
3. I checked whether they have a 1-800 Number (they dont).
They've given us NO way to contact them, whatsoever.
I was able to find an email address for a Mr. Peter Roberts (peter. [email protected]) who claims to be their Customer Service Director, and i have written to him asking what he plans to do about the problems Vongo customers are all having, but i dont' know that i expect any substantive, sincere answers. This seems not just a minor "glitch", but rather, a deliberate attempt to make it difficult for anyone to contact them.
DO NOT get involved with VONGO, its evidently a major RIP-OFF.
