Double billing practices Ripoff Nationwide

I tried vongo a couple of months back during the free trial. I like the service and decided to stay. I was billed as expected and no problem. Then I got a second bill only two weeks later and then a third two weeks after that. I go to use vongo and then find my account was billed a fourth time! Four billings in the span of two months! I immediantly cancelled. All I got from vongo was "we are working on the problem" when I eamiled them (apparently there isnt a live person call center). I havent been credited yet nor have I recieved an apology! Vongo is owned by starz media btw. I grew so angry I called direct tv and had them cancel my subscription to starz and encore. I would suggest anyone who has had a similar experience to do the same. The only true way to stop bad billing practices is to have nothing to do with an offending company. Maybe if starz media bleeds out enough dollars then they will do the right thing and fix their lousy billing.
