Miss Vongo purchased an item from me on Amazon, and did not pay. Then threatened legal action against us because she did not receive her purchase

Miss Vongo purchased an item from me on Amazon, and refused to pay for her purchase even after receiving multiple invoices. After negative feedback was traded, she threatened me with legal action for not sending her item that she refused to pay for. After further research, it turns out that this is not her first time attempting to get something for nothing.
