Vongo.com, starz thiefs continue to take from my account even after three successful cancelations

I have tried for over six month's to get this company to STOP debiting my account each month, but, so far as of 02 again they have taken $9.99 from my mastercard / debit account. I have on three seperate occassions called there 800 number to cancel this internet movie download service, been told by there customer service reps, that it was in fact completed, Then to see my statement the following month again there they are debiting my account, is making me nuts...

To date they have debited over $60.00 in fees that are for a service I have canceled and everytime I call I get the run around or told I am already canceled, No one has been able to complete the process successfully thus far.

I dont understand how they are getting away with it and from what I have investigated I am certainly not alone in my plight. Also, I must mention I have had to manually via task scheduler program a stop everytime the program tries to re load into my system which happens three to four times a day.

I say lets go for them b_ _ _ _ _ _ s in a class action suit the way this has been handled is crazy, and seems all to intentional, with the program still trying to gain access into my computer this tells me it's a form of a VIRUS.
