Horrible customer service - finally got paid back, but BEWARE

This is a very long story, so I'll try to make it short.

This company is in the business to promote fraudulent sellers and then continues to protect them. Before you purchase anything from this company make sure to read their privacy policy and user agreements - it's very tricky. If you receive fraudulent tickets it will be a war to get your money back from them and you do not get any time to verify that they are fraudulent. You are given 3 days (their old policy... Hmmm... They've recently changed it to 7) to check your mail or notice that your tickets are fraudulent.

So if you don't open your mail, are busy or are out of town - you are screwed. I received tickets to a past game (but the same section and 2 rows away... Very suspicious) - in other words I paid for merchandise that I didn't receive, which is internet fraud and is a crime.

I contacted them the day of the game after realization. After many grueling hours on the phone with them trying to discover who scammed us, they failed to help. They just told us we were out our money and pretty much said, "Sorry, better luck next time." This wasn't just a couple hundred bucks either - well over $1200 for tickets, including 8 persons time from work, airfare to travel to a game, lodging, expenses. This was a major amount of money.

Then after getting the sellers contact information on my own, because they were never going to help or investigate the issue further for us - they have the audacity to cancel my account. (Like that really is a big deal - we would never purchase from you again anyways!)

Long story short, and after many official letters and emails, I received my money finally back from the seller and he actually sent it through StubHub. NOT ONCE, NOT ONCE did they ever offer assistance to help us get our money back. They never even sent me an email to even tell me my money was refunded.

This company is a joke and I hope they go out of business fast. Oh and if you are in the business to scam people, definitely sign up with them because they'll protect you to the very end.
