I just canceled by subscription with Netflix, not because of any negative experience, only to save money. However, once I clicked on CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION, I feel like I've been fired from Netflix. They cut you off IMMEDIATELY with no refund or continued service of the remaining time left over for the month. They also demand, with a "please", that you return any outstanding DVDs immediately! I'm surprised they didn't send the cops to take back "their" property that day, but you never know. This is no way to treat a customer of several years. If I ever consider subscribing to another online DVD rental service again, I will NOT consider Netflix. They only kiss your butt, while they have their hands in your wallet.
