I purchased tickets and declined to sign up for a "rewards program" but got charged their $9 fee! New York

I purchased Joel Olsteen tickets and declined to sign up for the "rewards program" but somehow got charged a $9 fee.in order to stop them from continuing to charge my account I had to change my bank account information!
