Reservation Rewards charged my master card just last month. Normally I don't check my credit card statement although now I do. They had charged my credit card $9.00. Luckly I caught it and it was the first charge.
The sales rep. Continued to tell me that I signed up for this program! That is a lie! I never sign up for anything like this!
He told me that he had stopped my subsciption and I wouldn't be charged any more and the ended the call.
I then called back and got some other sales rep. And told her that I wanted my money refunded because I never signed up for this and it wasn't right.
At which point she told me that I purchased this reservation rewards through priceline.com when I purchased airline tickets. However I never purchased airline tickets through priceline.com
I have however purchased tickets through cheaptickets.com. I can't believe that they would agree to let such a ripoff company do this to their customers.
I hope something gets done about this so called 'company.' They are a scam and need to be shut-down for good!!!
