I sent my inflatable off to this company. But before sending it they told me they would do a good job and i would be pleased. So since they are a little ways from me i took there word and had it shipped off to the company. What a big mistake. There was a man from the company he did call and explain the repairs that was needed and this is what they had to do.
Well for one i was over charged for the shipping. And for two the repairs that was to be done was not a good job and they still dont inflate right. The problem happen when it was time to return the moonbounce to me.
I was talking to stephine at there company. What rude awaking i got when it came time for it to be returned. I told her to try my creit card to see if i can pay this way. But due to me having cancer and to pay for my meds i used it up. So i ask is there another form of payment she said yes u can bank wire the money to the company. Great im thinking. I told her i was about 2 hrs from the bank. Stephine said soon as u get there call me and ill give u the information. Im like great. When i arived to the bank i called there company to talk to stephine about the information about the wire transfer. She told me everything was ok, i ask if she needed proff of the transfer and so at this time she gave me the fax no to wire off the money to there company. So thinking everything was ok i sent the transfer and the fax to there company. I placed a call the next day asking what time the moonbounce will arive she told me she did not send it off and it would be shipped that day. Im like wow u told me everthing was ok. Thats when the trouble started. She yelled and screamed to me and hung up on me. Well it cost me money to sit and wait there company knew i had to do a fund raiser in south carolina that day. So it cost me money waiting. When the moonbounce arrived that next day i did not have time to see if the work i was charged for was done i had to load it and leave since i live in fl and have to go to south carolina.
To my supprise it cost me only 89.00 dollars for shipment and they charged me $150.00 for shipment. When i blew the inflatable up the work that was told to was not done at a good job. The monkeys that sit in the inflatble still did not blow up like i was told they would and the stiches was done very sloppy. It still does not inflate all the way. I used a new blower on it to make sure it was not my old one. But the work that was done was no good. Now im stuck with the work they did since there company will not respond to this mess.
I feel like i was ripped off for repair work!
