I was contacted by Bob Evans that I had been approved for $7000.00 and if i wanted to go for the loan I needed to wire $1090 plus the wire transfer cost of $84.00. Which I did... The next day I got a call from the Senior Account Person with the last name of Harris. He told me I needed to wire another $1090.00 plus 84.00 wire transfer fee because of my bad credit. Told me once I did that my loan would be funded. Three days went by, didn't here anything no money in my account and every time I tried to call I got an answering machine. Never did get a phone call back. I called early on Nov. 7 and was told the lender pulled out of the deal so Cornerstone was suing them for breach of contract. This Harris guy told me he could offer me another loan for more money like 14000.00 or 1500.00 but I would have to put up more money. I told him no way I just wanted my original $2358.00 refunded to me.
He told me to give him a day or two and he would see what he could do. I called him this morning and he said worse case scenerio I would have my money back by Nov. 29 but hopefully he would get it too me sooner.
