I was contacted by Kathy Cooper at the end of May. Kathy told me that I had been approved for a $10,000 loan. When I told her that I was interested she faxed over all the paper work that I needed to sign and she informed me that I would need to send $1272.00 to secure the loan. I sent my paper work back signed and I western Unioned the money in the amount of 1272. I waited for the money to be deposited into my account. When it didn't come I called Kathy and she seemed shocked.

When she called me back I was told that the lenders insurance company was a little concerned about my credit and Kathy said if I sent another $954 dollars I would have my money in 6 hours. I sent her the money.

When the loan still did not come I called her again and she told me that I had provided the wrong account number and that because the wire transfer did not go through I would now have to pay another $900.00 to off set the cost to send another wire transfer which I was told cost the leander $ 1,000 dollars to send a wire transfer. I told Kathy that I was unable to send more money and I would have to cancle my loan request as of 24 June.

Kathy then told me I would receive a refund for the money I sent to secure the loan plus the amounts of the two western Unions for a total of $2403.98 in 15-30 days. I am currently sitting at 38 days with no refund in sight. I have left many messages with Kathy and she has not returned my calls.
