Fraudulent billing ripoff no shipment of dvds no refund like stated in email

I order "The Walking Tall Trilogy" on October 24.in the sum of $23.02. Order # 20331

I paid extra for Priority shipment. 3 Weeks went buy and noone would return phone calls, I finally got an answer to email stating if i recieve 2 packages to let them know.

I have not recieved any packages and sent another email. The responded 1 week later stating they would credit my Credit Card. Two weeks have gone by and they have not answered emails or return phone calls or credit my card.
