Placed the order on 12/26/09 and received confirmatin of order the same day. Did not hear anything else from the company so sent an inquiry email on 1/17. Received an email with useless tracking information so sent another email the same day. On 2/4 complained again. Received an email stating they would track the orignal shipment (which never arrived) and send another one.
Received product on 2/21/10, almost two months later, and the cases holding the DVDs were cracked and broken and the DVDs had slid all over. The website had stated that if the DVDs had been viewed they were not returnable. I, therefore, left them in the cases and on2/22/10 sent an email asking to return the product for a refund. Since that date, I have received 5 emails from the company stating they will arrange for a pick-up and partial refund. As of today, I have not recieved any pickup information or a refund.
My money has been in their hands foir 4 1/2 months and I have nothing but junk. I was originally corresponding with Tracy Wallace and now it is Kathy Connor. It is interesting that none of the emails or the website includes phone numbers or address information. They do however guarantee satisfaction and promote themselves as having great customer service. The consumer is important to them. All lies!
