After purchasing a ticket on the internet via Ticketmaster.com, I saw an add that said they would give me $25 just for signing up. After carefully reading the agreement and seeing no catches, I filled out the forms for Entertainment Rewards.
I gave them the information they wanted, I went and purchased another ticket so I could get my $25 rebate and cancelled my account THAT DAY.
Just recently I noticed that they had been charging me for the past two months. I called them and asked them why I was being billed for an account that didn't even last a full hour. They claimed that I had set up two accounts with the exact same information and would have no problem giving me my money back.
I'm told the money will be refunded within 7-10 days, but I am wary. The problem with their story is that how can I set up multiple accounts WITH THE SAME LOG IN AND EMAIL ADDRESS? Thats a lie right there. They were expecting me to be a chump and take advantage, and thats bad business.
