I ordered a special HD dvd disc in July. Upon receipt, I attempted to play it but it was defective. I returned it per their internet instuctions. No credits are allowed for dvds, just replacements. Second disc arrived middle of August. Same problem; returned again. Third disc arrived late August, same problem; returned once more. This fourth disc arrived September 13. Same problem. They do not want to listen to complaints or offer help in any way, shape or form. The total value of this purchase is only $19.94. I would hope that their CEO, Neel Grover gets wind of the incompetent group he has inherited.
