I also signed up for this service, The first few movies were great some skipped and were in poor condition, more of annoyance than a problem. Then I order Rockford files Season 1 disc 5, the first disc they sent my player said "BAD DISC". They said thye sent a replacemnt on 11-26 per an email they sent me. It actually went out 11-29 and got to me on 12-3, and guess what. It, s a bad disc, probably the same bad disc I sent them back on the 26th. Any way I am paid til the end of the month and I am sending the disc back to them, and all the king's horses and all the king's men won't put Rockford back together again!!! Spunky.
